Cucumber and Potato Salad

                                                  Crunchy Cucumber and Potato Salad
Ingredients:

•2 pounds skinned potatoes, scrubbed and cut in 1/2-inch cubes
•3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
•1/2 cup diced celery
•1 medium cucumber, seeds scooped out, diced
•1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
•3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
•salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Cook Potatoes in boiling water for about 15 to 20 minutes and drain and let cool completely. Mix potatoes, cucumber, eggs, and onion in a sufficient bowl. Stir 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Sweet onion souce and mustard, add salt and pepper to taste. If needed more spicy then dice green chillies & Tomatos very little. Your crunchy cucumber and potato salad to ready.

Cucumber and Yogurt Salad with Jeera

As we are aware that we eat spicy and crunchy dishes around here, however to cool the palate with the delicious combination of Cucumber, Yogurt and Jeera. This is very easy to make cucumber salad.

Cucumber, Yogurt and Jeera

1. 3 cucumber, peeled-off and then sliced
2. 1 1/2 Cup Yogurt
3. Salt and Pepper
4. Jeera powder 2 spoons
Preparation:

1. Taste the cucumbers, it should not be bitter in taste.
2. Slice the cucumbers and remove the seeds in the middle.
3. Mix the Yogurt and Jeera Powder, add some salt & Pepper for taste.
4. Add the slices of cucumbers in the Yogurt and jeera mixed paste.

leave it for half an hour it tastes too good.
